Mackenzie Performing Arts is a unique 'not-for-profit' organisation that aims to foster, encourage, promote and develop the arts, specializing in the 'performing arts', across the magnificent, picture perfect Mackenzie
Country and Upper Waitaki Regions.

We believe in engaging with the community, embracing the talents of our local youth and adults and help those to develop and pursue their dreams within the world of 'arts' and that is why MPA became a ‘not-for-profit’ organisation! So, we can reach more children and adults and do more amazing arts activities, workshops
and events for our community to enjoy! Everything MPA does goes back into our community. We also want to help our community members by providing grants and sponsorship for 'arts' related activities, workshops, training, and projects. 100% of our profits go back into our community! 

We will strive to ensure the arts are accessible to those living in
rural communities. that children, youth and adults can follow their interests, passions and dreams.

We have a fabulous team of industry professionals, living right here in this incredible region of Aotearoa, as
well as national and international connections within the 'arts' world.
